Everything was good except the battery was weak when the car arrived.SAT Japan compensated me for a replacement after I shared a receipt. I was really impressed with how they handled the issue and great customer care. Definitely recommended!
I was kind of worried at first because I couldn't find any reviews online regarding this company that I deemed legit and credible. I saw reviews on the app and still wasn't convinced because I am purchasing from Hawaii, in the United States, and I couldn't find many reviews from the USA. Well, I paid for the car, and then about 1 month later it was shipped. Shipping took only about 8 or 9 days because I'm in Hawaii, not the mainland United States. I just received the car and it was in amazing condition just like they had told me. I'm very happy about that. The only reason I did not rate them 5 stars is because of the fact that some days I would contact them, and I wouldn't hear back from them in a day or more. The lack of communication, time difference, and lack of popular reviews made me feel like I may have gotten scammed. But the car did arrive and it was priced great too. Aside from the spotty communication, I would order a car from them again because I know they are a real reputable car sourcing company. Thank you SAT Japan! ✌?

The interior had a small stain on the back seat that was not visible in the photos. Customer support was polite and offered me a discount on my next purchase. Overall, I appreciate how they handled it, that was a positive experience.
I had trouble understanding the import process at first, as there was a lot of paperwork. SAT Japan walked me through it and sent detailed guidance and support. Now that it's all done, I'd happily go through it again.
